Collaborative & Meeting Spaces
We also have 4-person and 6-person acoustic pods to meet your collaborative needs. Bookable whether you are using our hot desks or not.

1-to-1 Business Information Support
You can book a one-to-one session with our Enterprise Officer. They will direct you to relevant resources to meet your current business needs. These resources include business databases worth more than £5 million to help you with your market research, industry research and competitive analysis; IP and legal clinics with experts to answer your IP and legal questions; and workshops to help you start, run and grow a business.

Generator @ 422 Community Hub
We have lots of space in 422 to hire out to like-minded organisations for one-off events or long term bookings.
There are a range of bright, welcoming spaces suitable for a wide variety of events and gatherings. 422 has hosted corporate celebrations, training days, counselling spaces, team offices, music performances, pop up restaurants, holiday clubs and children’s parties, among many other things.
